Schedule a showing

Contact Fields Brothers Homes or work with your real estate agent to schedule a showing with one of our sales consultants. Our team can help guide you through the process and answer your questions.

Select your home

Once you’ve found your future home, we’ll guide you through our standardized buyer contract. We price our homes to sell, so you don’t have to worry about negotiating.

Secure financing

Take advantage of our preferred lenders or use your own. Our preferred title companies and lenders help streamline the buying process – making it faster and easier for you. As an incentive, the lender will also pay your title cost.

Make it your home

After you sign a contract, we’ll email you options to upgrade the finishes of your new home. From floor stain to island color to lighting, the earlier you buy, the more options you have to make it your own.

Cosmetic walk

When construction is completed, you’ll schedule your cosmetic walk. This gives us the opportunity to address any cosmetic items you find prior to move-in so that you get a home you love.


You’ll sign the closing documents, and we’ll hand over the keys to your new home!

What are the estimated Condominium Owners Association (COA) dues per month?

COA dues for almost all projects are $185-350/month, but are subject to change based on increases or decreases in City of Dallas or property insurance fees.

Who runs the COA?

Once the last home in your condo has closed, our team schedules a meeting with all of the owners in the condo to elect a new COA president, secretary, and treasurer. At this point, our team has fully turned over control of the condominum and association to all of the owners.

What does the COA cover?

The COA dues cover: exterior insurance (walls out), exterior maintenance, water, sewer and trash. Since there is no third-party management company, nearly all of your dues go toward maintaining your investment.

How do I find a lender?

Our team can provide you with a list of lenders who we've diligently vetted and selected who are experienced with the condo purchase and closing process. We're not financially affiliated with our preferred lenders, but they offer great incentives to our home buyers such as paying for your title policy or buying down your loan interest rate.

May I have a third party inspection performed?

A third-party inspection is not required, but you may opt to conduct a third-party inspection between two and three weeks prior to closing.

What about any cosmetic issues such as paint, cabinet or floor nicks or scratches?

When construction is completed, you will get the opportunity visit your soon-to-be home with your sales representative to conduct your final cosmetic walk. This is your opportunity to go through the home and blue-tape any cosmetic issues you'd like our team to touch up before you move-in.

Do the homes come with a warranty?

Yes. Get peace of mind as all Fields Brothers Homes include an Express Limited Warranty covering 1-year workmanship & materials and 2-year plumbing, electrical, heating, and A/C delivery systems. You’ll procure a StrucSure 10-year Major Structural Defects Express Limited Warranty at closing.
